The amenities provided were great, including a kitchen and hot water. the location was perfect, being close to several tourist attractions and the subway.
The state of the room was disappointing. the quilts and pillows were old and tacky, and the walls were in need of painting.

Quite honestly, the only thing nice about the place was the staff - they were very friendly and helpful.
In my opinion this hotel is overpriced for the kind of facilities they have and what they offer. They charge an extra $20 dollars for using the wi-fi service; the other alternative they have for internet connection are two very old computers in the lobby, which are so slow and frustrating to use it definitely makes you consider paying the wi-fi charge, even if you are only going to be there for one night as me. The decor is outdated, and the rooms could definitely use some fresh paint besides a change in the decoration.

Great hospitality and awesome breakfast!
I had an amazing xmas in this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They had a delightful breakfast that was truly enjoyable. the location was perfect, within walking distance of several tourist spots and amazing restaurants. One other thing I really liked was their comfortable beds.
Noisy neighbourhood and slow Wi-Fi.

Very centrally located for sight seeing, souvenire shopping and restaurants just a couple of blocks from the Plaza des Armas. the suites were located on a respectable and good street where I felt safe, actually opposite a police station !. As I was on the 20 th floor I had an amazing view and the suite had everything I needed. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the included Breakfast. It was adequate but somewhat uninspired and located in one of the suites which was rather cramped.
The breakfast was not too inspireing
